A deeply restorative 3hr combination of treatments that pacifies the body, mind & spirit. A 90m warm herbal oil with hot stones massage is followed by a Shirodhara treatment (warm oil streamed over forehead) and concludes with rest time in the infrared sauna overlooking the wooded landscape. Please note: this is not a deep tissue massage.

A pacifying & restorative 60m session: Full body warm herbal oil application (not massage) followed by the sublime ancient treatment of Shirodhara- the streaming of warm oil over the forehead.

A deeply restorative session: 30m in the warm floating tub followed by 60m Ayurvedic massage with warm herbal oil. Please note: this is not a deep tissue massage.

A deeply restorative 75-minute massage using warm herbal oils and hot stones followed by state-of-the-art Bioptron Color & Light Therapy. This nurturing treatment is designed to calm and regulate the nervous system bringing balance to the body, mind, and spirit—leaving you with a profound sense of relaxation, renewal, and well-being. **Please note:** This is a restorative relaxation massage and does not include deep tissue work.
