A deeply restorative 3 hr combination of treatments that pacifies the body, mind & spirit. A 90 min warm oil with hot stones massage is followed by a Shirodhara treatment (warm herbal oil streamed over forehead) and concludes with rest time in the infrared sauna overlooking the wooded landscape.
A deeply restorative 2.5 hr session: Abhyanga massage with warm oil & hot stones followed by a sublime ancient treatment of Shirodhara- the streaming of warm herbal oil over the forehead.
A deeply restorative 1.5 hr session: 60m Ayurvedic massage with warm oil & hot stones followed by the sublime ancient treatment of Shirodhara- the streaming of warm herbal oil over the forehead.
A pacifying & restorative 60 min session: Full body warm oil application followed by the sublime ancient treatment of Shirodhara- the streaming of warm herbal oil over the forehead. Included is resting time on the table afterwards also for check in/out.
A deeply restorative 2hr session: 45min Hot Tub followed by 60min Ayurvedic massage with warm oil & hot stones.
75 min Restorative Warm Oil & Hot Stone massage followed by relaxed time in the Infrared Sauna. The oil & heat supports circulation & detoxification of toxins for elimination.
